1. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to GetServio web and PWA services and describes cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies that may be used when accessing GetServio.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
GetServio may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent storage technologies to maintain security, authentication, session state, service continuity and essential user preferences.
Technologies that are strictly necessary for the requested service may operate without optional advertising or analytics purposes.
3. Advertising and traffic measurement
GetServio does not use third-party advertising cookies or advertising tracking technologies unless they are expressly introduced under an updated policy and, where required, an appropriate consent mechanism. GetServio may use privacy-minimised first-party operational traffic measurement that does not set analytics cookies or local-storage visitor identifiers on the web. It may record page paths, approximate country/city/region, device/browser/operating-system information, referrer or UTM campaign information, and short-lived or pseudonymous server-side visit identifiers. Raw IP addresses are not retained in the GetServio traffic analytics tables.
4. Local storage and similar technologies
Web browsers and installed PWAs may store limited technical information locally to support authentication, security, preferences or application operation. Mobile applications may use platform storage mechanisms rather than browser cookies for equivalent essential functions.
5. Third-party services
Technical infrastructure providers used by GetServio may process limited technical information necessary to provide hosting, authentication, security, notification, application delivery or approximate traffic geolocation, as further described in the Privacy Policy. A coarse geolocation service may transiently process a network address to return approximate country, city or region information; GetServio does not retain that raw network address in its traffic analytics tables.
6. Your choices
Browser controls may allow you to delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking technologies required for authentication or essential operation may prevent parts of GetServio from functioning correctly.
