1. About GetServio
GetServio is a digital service marketplace that enables customers to submit service requests and eligible independent firms to review requests, submit offers and manage selected jobs.
Unless GetServio expressly states otherwise for a specific service, GetServio is not the firm performing the requested work and is not a party to the underlying service agreement ultimately formed between a customer and a selected firm.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
Users must provide accurate information where information is required for the service and must not impersonate another person or business. Firms are responsible for maintaining accurate profile, contact, service-area and service information.
3. Requests, offers and selection
Customers may submit service requests through the available GetServio flows. Eligible firms may submit offers subject to platform rules, availability and applicable country-scoped restrictions. Submitting a request does not guarantee that offers will be received. Submitting an offer does not guarantee selection or completion of a job.
4. Firm responsibilities
Each firm is independently responsible for the services it offers and performs, including workmanship, pricing, qualifications, permits, licences, insurance, taxes and compliance with applicable law.
Firms must not use GetServio to mislead customers, bypass platform security, misuse personal data or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.
5. Payments, charges and market availability
Payment functionality, charges and commercial features may differ by market and may be enabled only where GetServio has made the relevant functionality available.
Where real-money payment functionality is not enabled, GetServio does not represent a displayed test or simulated payment flow as a completed real-money transaction.
6. Country-scoped operation
Country, city, currency, language, service availability, categories and firm access may differ by market. GetServio may enable, disable or modify country, city, category or feature availability for security, legal, operational, maintenance or market reasons.
7. Prohibited use
Users must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening or abusive content; attempt unauthorized access; evade technical controls or rate limits; interfere with the platform; scrape protected data; or misuse another person’s contact or identity information.
GetServio may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal compliance.
8. Photos and submitted content
Users must only upload photographs, text and other content that they are entitled to submit and that is relevant to the requested service. Submitted content may be processed as necessary to operate request, offer, support, security and dispute-handling functions described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
GetServio may use maintenance, incident and read-only operating modes when necessary. Features may therefore be temporarily unavailable or restricted. Online services may experience interruptions, delays or errors; GetServio uses operational controls intended to maintain and restore service.
10. Third-party infrastructure
GetServio relies on third-party infrastructure and platform services for functions such as hosting, authentication, storage, notifications and application distribution. Their availability may affect GetServio functionality.
11. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetServio is not responsible for an independent firm’s performance of the underlying service, while remaining responsible for GetServio’s own obligations under applicable law.
12. Suspension, termination and account deletion
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, fraud, legal requirements or material violation of these Terms. Firm users may request account deletion through the available account-management process. Certain information may be retained only where permitted or required as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes and applicable market terms
These Terms may be updated when GetServio services, commercial rules, operating structure or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
